What would they say . . .
There are so many poems, prayers, sayings and stories out there that are written from a dog's point of view. And so many of them are heart warming, cute or funny. I just thought it would be fun to gather some of them in the same place on this site.
But I do believe that if dogs could talk to us they would remain as compassionate, understanding and non-judgmental as we believe them to be. In fact, talking dogs could be the best thing that ever happened to humans. You know how they look at us like we are their sun, their air, their whole world! Imagine how good some people would feel if their dog could actually communicate those things verbally. They would be able to tell us what they need, when and why. We like to think we know, and some of us probably do know, but it would be helpful to new pet owners or to those who might be but a bit less perceptive. And maybe we could learn from them. Could they possibly tell us the mind set that allows them to stay so positive and loving. Could they tell us why love and affection are as important as food and water. Could they tell us how to love unconditionally. And so much more! . . . and would we listen!
