Angel was available for adoption through the SPCA Tampa Bay. This absolutely gorgeous 12 year old Shiba Inu / Shar Pei mix found herself in the shelter through no fault of her own. Her owner simply could no longer care for her. How hard must it be for a loving animal of this age, who has always been loved in return, to find herself in that situation.
Fortunately for Angel someone recognized the joy she could still being into their life, despite her age, and rescued her from the shelter on Sunday. Congratulations to the lucky family that had the honor of making Angel their own.
